Get ready to order your first Delve test

Before your first order, take a few minutes to get an account set up for your lab. Complete the simple Account Setup Form and send it to support@delve.bio. You should also determine anything else your organization might need to have in place, such as service agreements, before ordering so your Delve representative can ensure requirements are handled quickly.

Receive sample transfer kits

As soon as your account is active, Delve will ship free-of-charge, sample transfer kits to your lab. These kits can be stored at room temperature, ready for you to use.

2. Order a test

Transfer your sample

Delve’s sample transfer kits provide all materials you’ll need to aliquot a sample of cerebrospinal fluid – tubes, autometered pipettes, safety bags, and even packaging for expedited return shipping to Delve’s CLIA lab. Complete requisition form

To order Delve Detect, complete the Test Requisition Form and fax it to 1-833-556-5216 before including the paper copy with your sample in the shipping box. Once your patient’s sample has been received in our CLIA lab, we will confirm its receipt and begin sample processing immediately.

Ship your kit

The kit box is already addressed and labeled for fast overnight delivery. Place your box at the designated pickup location.

3. Get my results

After sequencing your sample and analyzing it through our proprietary pipeline, Delve Decide, we will send results to your lab within 48 hours from sample receipt. Our Clinical Microbial Sequencing Board is available to provide clinical consults. From patient identification to clinical consultation on post-test next steps, Delve Bio is an extension of your team, helping you deliver accurate, complete answers for patients.
