- Coordinate launch deliverables, timelines, approvals, workback plans, and stakeholder communications across Marketing, Sales, Medical, Customer Support, R&D, and other internal teams.
- Develop and deploy customer-facing communications, including email campaigns, web updates, announcements, newsletters, and launch materials.

- Partner with Sales and Customer Support to identify field needs, prioritize collateral updates, and ensure materials are current, accessible, and aligned with brand and compliance requirements.
- Assist with website content updates, digital resource libraries, campaign landing pages, and other owned-channel materials.
Events and external programs
- Plan and execute Delve’s participation in conferences, trade shows, customer programs, webinars, and other commercial-facing events.
- Manage event logistics, timelines, registration, sponsorship deliverables, booth and collateral coordination, shipping, vendor communication, lead-capture preparation, and post-event follow-up.
- Support development of event messaging, presentations, invitations, email communications, and customer engagement materials.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver polished, on-brand, and commercially useful event experiences.
Marketing operations and project management
- Own the day-to-day coordination of marketing projects, ensuring work progresses efficiently from intake through review, approval, production, and distribution.
- Maintain organized repositories for marketing assets, templates, approved messaging, content calendars, vendor files, and event materials.
- Support vendor and agency coordination, including briefing, project tracking, proof review, purchase-order or invoice coordination, and quality control.
- Assist with marketing budget tracking, expense management, fulfillment, inventory, and shipment coordination for collateral and event materials.
- Help establish scalable workflows, templates, and operating processes that improve speed, consistency, and cross-functional collaboration.
Analytics and continuous improvement
- Support tracking and reporting of campaign, email, website, event, and sales-enablement performance.
- Compile customer, field, and program feedback into clear summaries that inform future content, campaigns, launches, and process improvements.
- Help maintain marketing dashboards, campaign reports, and regular performance updates for the commercial team.
- Identify practical opportunities to improve marketing processes, content usability, customer communications, and program execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, life sciences, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
- Approximately 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications, product marketing support, commercial operations, event marketing, agency account management, or a related execution-focused role.
